Located in the town of Senica, one hour from Bratislava, Penati Golf Resort is the premier golf resort in Slovakia. It features two courses, Legend Course by Nicklaus Design (host venue for the Challenge Tour) and Heritage Course by Jonathan Davison. Both courses have been rated consistently in the Top 100 Courses in Continental Europe.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Head Greenkeeper to join our team. Working under the Superintendent, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the Heritage Course and management of their team.

They will be highly motivated and hardworking, and have the ability to effectively communicate, lead and develop the team. English language desirable but not essential.

They will also need to demonstrate the following skills:

• Experienced and skilled in all practical and technical facets of greenkeeping
• Previous experience in a supervisory role desirable
• Ability to motivate and lead their team, including all aspects of training and supervision
• Positive can-do attitude and flexible approach to work
• Working knowledge of irrigation operation/maintenance/repair
• Able to plan, organise and implement work programmes
• Attention to detail with the ability and desire to present the course to the highest standard every day
