Thanks to the chairman of the Czech Association of Greenkeepers
Hello friends, colleagues, partners,
At the beginning of my letter I would like to pour well-being into your mind.
It is not easy and I must admit that I cannot predict what is happening on my own, and this uncertainty is perhaps even worse than the current effects of the pandemic. But you need to rise above it, or at least try. Everyday work in our beloved field gives us a great opportunity to do so. Let us try to be fair and pleasant to each other so that we do not do things under the weight of circumstances that we might subsequently regret. There is never enough thanks and collegial “shaking hands”, although today is also just a phrase.
Let’s face it, we’re all a bit of a colleague across the golf industry. Colleagues in a field that is so diverse and beautiful. That is why I am sending this letter to all of you. Not many people in this state and at this time have a similar privilege. Work in a field that you enjoy and fulfill, in nature, in sports and I hope, even in a good group of people. Therefore, I would like to thank our partners for their support, who support us and without whom our Union would not have the form we are used to. I would also like to thank all those who contributed to its work for the work for the Association. Thanks also to the management of the Czech Golf Federation and especially to the MOT section, which always has an understanding for us. Special thanks go to all our members, members of CSG. Thanks for your work, thanks for who you are.
As you know, the situation at the time of coronavirus is very uncertain and illegible, which is why it is very difficult to plan our regular CSG Conference and Seminar. I assure you that we will work with the entire Executive Committee and the Supervisory Board of ČSG to ensure that it takes place as soon as possible.
I don’t have many opportunities like this, so please be honest with the greatest sincerity, spend a peaceful Christmas and a happy New Year in the circle of your loved ones. From the bottom of my heart, I wish you and myself a reunion in health and in better times on the greens of our beautiful playgrounds in 2021.
ing. Michal Voigts
Chairman of the CSG
