Tournament of Poděbrady greenkeeper Josef Čepek

On Monday, August 5, Mr. Josef Cepek organized a tournament in the area of Podebrady golf course for his retirement.

Friends and long-time friends with whom he started playing golf accepted the invitation. There were 15 players taking part in the tournament; The winner of the tournament was Mr. Josef Rybář with 88 shots, the second was Josef Čepek 91 shots and the third Karel Miřejovský 93 shots. After the game was nice sitting and memories of old times. Mr. Josef Čepek is a long-time member of the ČSG and a member of the Supervisory Board. The ensuing debate was above all about what greenkeepers are expecting us this autumn.
